About

Having practised Yoga since her early twenties, Rae has developed a dynamic teaching style that is based in Hatha yoga but also introduces elements of Vinyasa and Ashtanga. Pranayama is incorporated into Rae’s classes, encouraging students to use the various breathwork practices so that they can use them in their everyday life as a natural way to combat stress, drive down anxiety levels and calm the adrenals.


Rae teaches all levels from beginner to advanced, and always gives options to everyone in her classes of mixed abilities to those who wish to simplify and to those wanting to take it up a level (or two)! Rae’s classes range from Power Yoga, Dynamic Yoga, Ladder flow to her, highly successful, Men’s only Yoga classes.


Outside of Undō, Rae has travelled the world, is a successful independent stills and film producer for commercial and corporate media, a Registered Nutritional Therapist, and even completed eight triathlon themed events over a three month period in aid of Warwick Hospital Aylesford Unit, raising over £3,000.
