About

All of Beth’s classes will help you reduce stress and anxiety, as well as promoting relaxation and mindfulness. Whether setting the tone for the day in her morning sessions, or bringing deep relaxation that enable you to undo the stresses of the day in the evening, her classes are designed totally with the purpose of increasing wellness and wellbeing in mind.

 

At a time when more and more people are acknowledging their daily life stresses and looking for ways to improve and maintain their mental health and wellbeing, having Beth as a Resident Instructor at Undō means that there is something available to meet everyone’s needs. She works with beginners, intermediate and advanced levels and her instruction is appropriate for people of all ages.  Beth’s classes are varied and incorporate empowerment, spiritual growth, self-awareness, self-love, kindness, confidence, chakra alignment and emotional health.

 

Beth is well travelled and brings her experiences into her teaching and personal practice. She moved to China aged 21 and stayed for two years working as a professional dancer. If she weren’t at Undō helping people to improve and maintain wellness through Meditation, Mindfulness and Breathwork, Beth would probably be at her favourite place in the world: Haad Tien Beach on Koh Phagan Island, Thailand. If not there, you may find her at Ikea given her proud affection for building flat pack furniture!


On top of all this, Beth is also studying for her BA (hons) degree in Integrative Psychotherapy.
